Comparative law notes
This is the term most commonly used by Norwegian law firms in describing their "advokatfullmektiger". The term is generic, and fits in any partnership model, but is less appropriate for e.g. in-house lawyer positions. Please note that in common US usage this denotes something more akin to a "fast advokat", the first stage of fully qualified practice.
