In a context that does not involve litigation, criminal proceedings or some other form of administrative procedure, the term Zustellung can simply mean "delivery". Nevertheless, since the term "delivery" is rather broad and the German term "Zustellung" conveys a sense of formality - of creating a paper trial - to document the delivery, we would recommend using the neologism " registered delivery" if situation does NOT involve court proceedings.
