This is a phrase used to describe a legal instrument of the public prosecutor's office or part of a judicial or administrative decision in the judiciary a possibility to terminate criminal proceedings or may be bound by a judgment or decision. In the case of a judicial decision, the obligation is a condition under which a decision is valid. It applies to a sentenced person and, if the sentenced person fails to comply with it, it entails consequences which are specified in advance in the judgment."
