Definitions of stockholder associated person
(of the US futures market) any partner, officer, director, or branch manager of a broker or dealer (or any person occupying a similar status or performing similar functions), any person directly or indirectly controlling, controlled by, or under common control with a broker or dealer, or any employee of a broker or dealer. The term does not include people whose functions are only clerical or administrative (eg a secretary)
In addition, business proposed to be brought by a stockholder may not be brought before the annual meeting if such stockholder or a Stockholder Associated Person, as applicable, takes action contrary to the representations made in the Business Solicitation Statement.
