Definitions of accrued expense
an expense that is listed on a balance sheet, but which has not yet been paid for
Any subsisting account receivable or accrued expense owed to and incurred by the vendor or other third party identified in Exhibit 8, is reasonable in amount in relation to the goods or services actually provided.
