a bankruptcy case filed by a debtor whose debts are mainly consumer debts where the court finds that the granting of bankruptcy protection or relief would be an abuse of Chapter 7 of the US Bankruptcy Code eg because the debtor can pay its debts
When there is evidence that the debtor can pay its debts, a court is likely to find substantial abuse.
