Definitions of warrantee
(also: warranty) an assurance that a particular aspect of the contract or process of contracting is guaranteed by one of the contracting parties. In this sense, the word can also be spelled warranty.
This provision is not a full warrantee of the Products and is merely a reasonable efforts requirement.
