Comparative law notes
Beginning in 2012, the highest instance judicial forum in Hungary is called the Curia. Its name was previously the Supreme Court. Its most important task is to establish a coherent and consistent judicial practice by making decisions on unitary law. These decisions provide guidelines in principle and are binding on the courts.
