In Hungary, a consumer credit is: 1. a specified sum of money; 2. granted or promised by a creditor; 3. to a consumer; 4. in the form of a deferred payment, loan or other similar financial accommodation; and 5. for which the consumer pays installments (e.g. monthly) and interest.
