1. In Hungary, this role is carried out by the 20 courts of registration, operating within the framework of the 20 Regional (Capital) Courts. They are not independent entities. 2. Company information and corporate documents are stored electronically in the database of the courts of registration. 3. The data registered at any Hungarian court of registration are available free of charge on the website of the Service of Company Information and Electronic Company Registration of the Hungarian Ministry of Justice.
