Definitions of insurable interest
a financial or other interest that a person taking out an insurance policy must have in the life or property covered by an insurance policy in order for the policy to be enforceable
Such property insurance shall be maintained until no person or entity other than EARTHSHELL or SWEETHEART has an insurable interest in the property required to be covered.
