Such crimes constitute a standalone chapter in the Hungarian Code of Criminal Law under the title 'Crimes against the Administration of Justice' ("az igazságszolgáltatás elleni bűncselekmények"). This chapter contains the definitions of various criminal offences similar to the one covered by obstruction of justice, however there is no standalone crime defined in the Hungarian Criminal Code by that name.
