1. A contractual relationship where the original owner of the property separates the property or part of its assets and temporarily transfers it to the trustee 2. For the purpose of managing, administering, preserving and increasing the value of the property entrusted to it by the trustee, to the beneficiary or beneficiary group defined by the trustee.
