Definitions of interim relief
a remedy (=a means of enforcing a right or compensating for loss, damage or injury) provided by a court, either before a claim is heard or while it is still being heard or processed
This paragraph does not limit the right of Guarantor or Bank to act in a court of law to obtain an interim relief.
