Definitions of PSL
usually a senior lawyer at a large commercial law firm who is an expert in a particular area of law and supports the other lawyers who advise clients in that area by doing important work that is not chargeable to clients eg developing standard documents, setting up online document systems and conducting legal research
She worked as a PSL before becoming a partner at the firm.
