Definitions of carriage of goods
the field of law concerned with the legal relationships between the shipper (or owner) of goods, the carrier, and the receiver/consignee of goods
If a contract provides for future carriage of goods in a series of shipments during an agreed period, the provisions of this Convention apply to each shipment.
