Definitions of ordinary creditor
a creditor (=someone who is owed money) who is neither a secured creditor nor a preferred creditor. An ordinary creditor has no security, or priority over other creditors, if a person, company, or other entity that owes them money goes bankrupt.
Each ordinary creditor must file its claim with the administrator.
