The word "conveyance" by itself has come to be understood in general English parlance as meaning simply "transfer". If your audience consists of lawyers and the context is strictly legal, then this English word choice would be a good and accurate translation. Otherwise, we suggest adding the words "of title" to clarify the exact subject of the transfer.
