Definitions of memorandum of satisfaction
an official document written by a lender saying that a mortgage (=a type of loan on a house, land, property or other large asset) or other charge has now been fully paid off
If no cause is shown, the Registrar shall order that a memorandum of satisfaction shall be entered in the register of charges.
