Known as 债权证登记册 in Hong Kong. Under China's Company Law, companies have to have a 公司债券存根簿 (corporate bond counterfoil book) if they issue corporate bonds, a process which is governed by the Securities Law. The 债券 are not "debentures" in the sense of security over a company's assets, which is the meaning under English law.
