Definitions of gross sexual imposition
(US) the crime of having sex with someone who is not your spouse when one of the following applies: you used force or the threat of force; you gave them drugs or alcohol without them knowing; they were incapable of making a reasonable decision due to drugs or alcohol; they had a physical or mental condition that means that they could not resist consent; they were under the age of 13
