Under China's Enterprise Bankruptcy Law (Article 31), this kind of transaction is known as 以明显不合理的价格进行交易 ("trading at an obviously unreasonable price"). Under Hong Kong law (Bankruptcy Ordinance, section 51), this kind of transaction is known as 以低於一般價值而訂立的交易 ("transaction at an undervalue").
