where a person takes advantage of their position of power over another person to get that person to act in a way that no reasonable person would act. Undue influence can be used as a defence in contract law if it can be proved that a professional took advantage of their position to get the defendant to agree to an unreasonable contract term

One way of challenging a will is by demonstrating undue influence - that there was an element of coercion.
