Definitions of conciliator
a neutral third-party who listens to both sides and then issues a non-binding suggested solution, in a concilation (=type of alternative dispute resolution)
Should both parties attend the conciliation and reach an agreement, the conciliator will draft a Stipulation/Order, which the parties would then sign.
