"CFC" stands for the US legal concept of the "controlled foreign corporation", which meets many of the same criteria used in attributing income from a foreign company effectively controlled by a German corporate taxpayer. If the translation is not intended for a US-based tax attorney, then we suggest spelling out "CFC" in this phrase.
