a panel of one or more impartial decisonmakers (arbitrators) who are chosen by disputing parties to settle their dispute out of court, where the parties agree in advance to abide by the decison (arbitration award) given after the hearing
The Arbitral Tribunal settles disputes that may arise between Association members, between Association members and one or several bodies of the Association, or between two or several bodies of the Association.
