Definitions of beneficial ownership
if someone has beneficial ownership of land or some other asset, then he or she does not have title (=registered legal ownership) to the property but does have a legal right to all the benefits of ownership
The inclusion of the reporting persons and such securities in this report shall not be deemed an admission of beneficial ownership by the reporting persons.
