We recommend this translation certainly in the corporate context instead of bylaws or articles of association because these two Anglo-American documents address the procedures of ALL of the company's governing bodies in a single document instead of just the rules for each body separately (as is the case in Germany). Thus, bylaws or articles of association would be a bit misleading.
